WHO IS CHING?
Ching Pangilinan is currently the City Tourism Officer of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, a city known as the Regional Center of Central Luzon and Christmas Capital of the Philippines. As a multipotentialite, Ching is a writer, radio, tv, and events host, teacher, and is an advocate of the arts, culture, environment, natural parenting and wellness. She considers herself a work in progress.

Ching is the tourism officer of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, a first-class component city in the Philippines which is the regional center of the vast Central Luzon plains. City of San Fernando, Pampanga is known for its rich cultural heritage like the centuries-old tradition of the Giant Lantern Festival or “Ligligan Parul”.
As tourism officer, Ching strongly believes in sustainable tourism development and works to promote San Fernando as a preferred MICE destination in Central Luzon while preserving its cultural traditions and built heritage and championing tourism quality standards among various tourism establishments.
